Pearcea hypocyrtiflora

The plan came very dehydrated. I try to hydrate the plant and it seems that it was doing OK and suddenly it died.

Sadly, I try to make a new order with them for several other plans for the spring sale and I had trouble at checkout, because their system keeps saying
“your total have changed please review it and try again”
I tried several times and miss the sale.

I contact them several times through messenger and WhatsApp, I got a respond through both ways, but sadly it went nowhere.
Nobody contact me again.
The sad part is that I’ve have purchased orchid from them in the past and the experience was very good and the service
Was Fast and if I had any trouble, they would respond immediately, but apparently time change and businesses change. disappointing.

What a received was not a plant, but a generous clump of plants, I'm very pleased. There were a number of rotten leaves in the package I received, which is not unexpected due to shipping.

plant arrived with a bit of shipping damage. the flowers had fallen off and the roots did dry out a little bit. However, it was packed very nicely and all the leaves looked healthy and nice. I expect it to make a full recovery and am excited to see this unique plant continue growing
