Information

Pachycaulos nummularia

Pachycaulos nummularia Culture

Pachycaulos nummularia belongs to the genus Pachycaulos and comes from our own propagation in Ecuador. It is a warm-growing gesneriaceae.

  • Light: Bright to moderate indirect light.
  • Temperature: Day temperatures of 25-32 °C (77-90 °F) with a gentle drop at night to 20-24 °C (68-75 °F) suit it best.
  • Humidity: High, stable humidity (70-85%) keeps the foliage in top condition; a humidifier or grouping plants together helps in dry rooms.
  • Watering: Water when the top of the substrate starts to dry; keep it lightly moist and never waterlogged.
