This exceptional hybrid is the result of crossing C. India Rose Sherwood with Gur. aurantiaca, combining vibrant coloration with robust growth characteristics. Prized by collectors for its potential to produce stunning blooms with intense colors and excellent substance.

  • Light: Bright, indirect light. Place near an east or west-facing window with filtered sunlight, or provide 50-70% shade in greenhouse conditions.
  • Temperature: Intermediate to warm conditions, 15-29°C (60-85°F) during the day, with a 5-8°C (10-15°F) drop at night to encourage blooming.
  • Humidity: 50-70% relative humidity with good air circulation to prevent fungal issues.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly when the potting medium approaches dryness. Allow slight drying between waterings, reducing frequency during winter rest period.

Additional Notes:

Produces vibrant orange flowers with warm tones and excellent substance. Mature plants develop strong pseudobulbs and can produce multiple flower spikes per season.
