The plant arrived quite rotten

The plant arrived with quite a substantial root rot and a leaf that fell right off when i (gently) opened the plant. I tried to care for it with all standard processes but it still dropped all the rest of its leaves in less than a week, it was probably too shocked. The core of it is still firm to the touch so I hope it will recover and bounce back.
