Angraecum leonis (Rchb.f.) André, first published in Revue Horticole in 1885, is a bold and striking warm-growing orchid native to the Comoro Islands and Madagascar. Named after the lion, this species commands attention with its large, pure white flowers featuring an exceptionally long spur — one of the most impressive in the genus — and a powerful nocturnal fragrance that makes it unforgettable.
