This cool-growing primary hybrid is known for its highly intricate and unusual flowers. Inheriting traits from D. lotax and D. saulii, it demands stable, cool, and highly humid conditions to thrive.

• Light: Thrives under diffused or filtered sunlight. Provide bright, indirect light; direct sun, especially afternoon sun, should be avoided as it can scorch the leaves.
• Temperature: Cool to intermediate-cool conditions, ideally between 54-77°F (12-25°C), with a noticeable drop at night (54-60°F / 12-16°C). Crucially, protect the plant from prolonged periods above 77°F (25°C).
• Humidity: High humidity is absolutely mandatory, aiming for levels of 75-90% or higher, along with strong, constant air movement. This combination is vital to prevent fungal issues in the constantly moist environment.
• Watering: Keep the root medium consistently moist at all times; never allow it to dry out completely. Water frequently, using high-quality water (rainwater or distilled).

Additional Notes
