I received this orchid a little over five weeks ago. I received only two pseudobulbs, one wrinkly mature pseudobulb and one new growth. Roots were understandably dry/dead. This plant also came in with leaf damage, almost like it was packed with extra moisture in between one of the young leaves, and that led to the plant tissue getting soft and dying. I genuinely didn't think it would be a problem, so I just cut off the damaged parts and potted the plant up. Fast forward to now and the older pseudobulb is dying/rotting. The new growth's leaves are drying up slowly too. The initial leaf damage on the innermost leaves went deeper, towards the top of the pseudobulb. No new roots have started to grow, and I've been using Superthrive to try and stimulate root growth. The new growth/new pseudobulb is still hanging on (live tissue still at the bottom of the pseudobulb), so I'm hoping the plant just decided to concentrate more energy into the new growth and is trying to push new roots out. If you order this, I highly suggest emailing the Ecuagenera team and asking for a plant with at least 3-4 pseudobulbs. Speaking from experience, it is so much easier to rehab oncidiums at that size, and not at 1-2 pseudobulbs.

Update: Two days after I wrote this review, both pseudobulbs rotted through. The plant is dead now. I would like to attempt this orchid again, but not if it's going to come me in a similar condition.

Recently attended an Orchid show in person where I received this plant as an exchange for my pre-ordered Onc. Leeanum which didn't survive. There were no other Leeanum's at the show, so this was the next closest Oncidium that was available, and it was also on my favorites list. Upon unwrapping it at home, I realized it was also struggling with some pretty bad root-rot and mold on 2 of the pseudobulbs at the base, then one pseudobulb fell right off and dropped all its leaves but 1 (I repotted this separately, probably a lost-cause but worth a shot, it lost that last leaf a few days later). 2 of the pseudobulbs looked to be "okay".. so I allowed it to sit in fresh, dry media for a few more days to dry out the rot before watering, but she was sooo thirsty by that point.. Really hoping that it will survive, fingers crossed!
I would NOT say this is any fault of Ecuagenera - sometimes plants just struggle in shipping which is totally understandable! It's a pretty stressful trip for any plant, so some damage & loss is to be expected. Still giving a 3 star rating because the other plants I purchased from Ecuagenera at the show are doing amazing :)
