Check out this gorgeous Phragmipedium Eric Young growing at Ecuagenera! It's a special orchid, a hybrid of Phragmipedium longifolium alba and Phragmipedium besseae flavum. 

  • Light: flourishes in environments with bright, indirect light. Shield it from direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorch and promote lush foliage.
  • Temperature: To replicate its natural conditions, maintain daytime temperatures between 20-25°C (68-77°F) and slightly cooler nights at 12-18°C (54-64°F).
  • Humidity: This orchid prefers high humidity levels, ideally between 60-80%. Use humidifiers or humidity trays to maintain these conditions.
  • Watering: Ensure the potting medium remains consistently moist but not soggy. Utilize a well-draining mix to prevent root rot and water frequently to support its growth cycle.
