Plant arrived very dehydrated, size was very small even for a miniature plant. 4 days after arrival, lost all but 3 leaves. Today a week after arrival, down to one leaf. No response yet from seller

This arrived packed very well and showed no signs of stress in the days/weeks following arrival. It is still doing well a few months later.

I received a plant with some leaves that had been shed and three intact leaves. Was expecting a bit more of an established plant but the remaining growths look healthy.

Arrived with no leaf loss, and visible roots healthy. The plant was meticulously packed in a miniature humidity chamber. Today at 11 days after arrival the plant still looks good and is expanding a new leaf.
