It exhibits an upright, strong growth habit featuring sturdy, thick pseudobulbs topped with rigid, leathery foliage. The magnificent flowers emerge beautifully from large terminal sheaths, producing clusters of heavily textured blooms with wonderfully wide segments and an expansive, intricately detailed lip that instantly commands attention.
