La planta, aunque por problemas de logística con la entrega, se demoró más tiempo la entrega, la recibí en buenas condiciones, el sustrato estaba húmedo, y las hojas estaban sanas y no estaban deshidratadas, la sembré inmediatamente y hasta ahora esta bien.

I got my order a week ago and the patriciae is now showing signs of cold damage from shipping and is not recovering well :( it also had some root rot when I received it which is somewhat expected, but the roots are also not recovering as expected. I treated it with hydrogen peroxide and that stopped the rot but the roots are not absorbing water. I chose to pick up instead of delivery to avoid this but I guess it happened anyway. I want to order another one along with other plants but now I’m worried it’ll happen again :(

I had an amazing experience with Ecuagenera! I originally placed an order for two plants, but decided to buy another one a few hours later. I was worried about paying double for shipping, but their customer service was incredible—they automatically refunded my second shipping cost and combined all three plants into one package.
When the box arrived, I was shocked. Not only were the plants in great health, but they were actually larger than the sizes I ordered! It’s rare to find a shop that over-delivers on both plant size and customer service. I will definitely be ordering again.

Almost no roots. Trying to rehab and grow roots. Also some diseased spots on leaves. I hope it survives because I have wanted this plant for a long time.
