I received the plant frozen (it was freezing). It died two days after unpacking.

I received this beautiful plant with 3 leafs, all very healthy! Super white roots wrapped with spgagnum moss. Will definitely be buying from Ecuagenera again!

It didnt handle shipping very well and has some root rot and base of stem was rotted badly. Hoping it bounces back but compared to others I shipped it just really seems to have struggled in transit. Was not as mature as photo on website but more so concerned about the rot. Its a nice looking plant and if it survives am excited to see it more mature.
