Anthurium régale

Well worth it!

I ordered this plant for pickup and I was very nervous because I hadn’t done that before with Ecuagenera. I picked up my regale at the pop up and it was SO gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing again! Thank you (:

We understand that trying a pickup order for the first time can be a little nerve wracking, so we're absolutely thrilled to hear that the process went smoothly for you and that your Anthurium Regale was gorgeous. Thank you for the opportunity ✨

Terrible. Dead Regale

I hate making content like this, but I am done supporting unprofessional people who sell aroids. This is not the first time, but it is definitely the last time. Ecuagenera Has lost as a costumer.... I have tried to be a loyal customer, but every single time the plant comes with the leaves dead, brown and yellow, the dam stems so soft. i didn't order a dead Anthurium. I pay for a healthy Anthurium. It's unacceptable how you all send the plants with only a little bit of moss, and it's dry. Every single time, i have to write an email showing how bad the plant looks, and it's not what i paid for. I paid for a healthy, nice, big regale, as you can see on the live screenshot. Now, this regale for sure is going to die, even the stems are soft and the stem it supposed to be hard. This is absolutely ridiculous. I want my money back ASAP. This will be the last time I order from you guys.

You really need to do better job shipping these expensive plants. And now you are charging more to send them....I want my money back ASAP because this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Anthurium regale. We understand your frustration and disappointment, as our goal is always to provide our customers with healthy and thriving plants. We want to assure you that our plants are guaranteed, and we always strive to deliver the best quality to our customers.
