Anthurium Glamour Green x Anth. Deborah Ward

A hybrid of Anth. Glamour Green × Anth. Deborah Ward, two velvety-leaved Anthurium species from the cloud forests of South America. Foliage is broadly cordate with a deeply quilted surface, prominent pale venation, and a rich, matte texture that shifts from warm bronze-tan on new growth to deep matte green at maturity.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 60–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can bleach the velvety leaf surface.
• Temperature: 65–82°F (18–28°C); a warm tropical grower that thrives with stable warmth and no cold drafts.
• Humidity: 75–90%; high humidity is essential for full leaf expansion and to maintain the characteristic velvety texture.
• Watering: Water thoroughly when the top of the substrate begins to approach dryness; never allow waterlogging or complete desiccation of the root zone.
• Growth Habit: Upright and moderately compact, inheriting the bold quilted venation and velvety leaf surface of both parents, with vigorous new-growth flushes that emerge in warm bronze tones before maturing to deep matte green.

Additional Notes

Plants are shipped bare root and well established. Upon arrival, pot promptly in a well-draining aroid mix and water thoroughly to rehydrate the root system. Allow the plant to acclimate in a warm, humid environment for 1–2 weeks before resuming a regular care routine.
