This is a highly sought-after variety, prized for its stunning cream-colored variegation splattered across large, fenestrated (holey) leaves. It is a climbing plant that requires support to develop large, mature leaves.

  • Light: Requires bright, indirect light, which is crucial for maintaining the intensity of its variegation. Insufficient light can reduce variegation. Direct sun will easily scorch the white portions of the leaves.
  • Temperature: Thrives in warm, stable temperatures, ideally between 68-86°F (20-30°C). Protect it from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
  • Humidity: Prefers medium to high humidity, ideally above 60%. Low humidity can lead to brown tips and edges on the variegated leaves.
  • Watering: Water thoroughly only when the top half of the potting mix (about 50%) is dry to the touch. This plant is very susceptible to overwatering and root rot.

This plant is highly popular for its unique and exotic variegation pattern. As a member of the Araceae family, it contains calcium oxalate crystals, meaning all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested and must be kept out of reach of children and pets.
