Information

Description

Description

A compact intermediate-growing epiphyte from the montane forests of Southeast Asia, producing erect racemose inflorescences with multiple small flowers opening in succession. Each bloom features rounded, ovate sepals and small lateral petals framing a contrasting orange labelo — a floriferous and charming miniature with a pleurothallid-like floral character.

  • Light: Bright indirect light with 50–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun to protect the compact foliage.
  • Temperature: 58–78°F (14–26°C); an intermediate grower with a minimum tolerance around 55°F (13°C).
  • Humidity: 75–90%; high humidity is essential — ensure strong air movement to prevent fungal issues.
  • Watering: Keep roots consistently moist but never waterlogged; water frequently with excellent drainage and airflow.

Additional Notes

Best grown mounted on cork or tree fern, or in a small net pot with fine sphagnum moss. Ships bare root, well established.
