Andinia spiralis

A charming miniature epiphyte from the high-altitude cloud forests of the Andes, forming dense, creeping mats of small succulent leaves. It blooms prolifically, producing numerous small flowers simultaneously along spiraling stems — a delightful display for its compact size.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct midday sun, which can scorch the small, fleshy leaves.
• Temperature: 50–68°F (10–20°C); a Cool grower that thrives with cool nights and good air circulation. Minimum 45°F (7°C).
• Humidity: 70–90%; best grown mounted to allow excellent airflow around the roots while maintaining high ambient humidity.
• Watering: Water frequently to keep the mount evenly moist; the fine root system dislikes prolonged dryness.

Additional Notes

Best grown mounted on cork bark, which suits its creeping, mat-forming habit. Plants are shipped bare root and well-established.
