I ordered a hard to find phrag slipper orchid from the Ecuador store. It shipped first to the Florida store and then, with a heat pack, to me. (March shipping to zone 5). Customer service was wonderful. The plant is bloom size, has multiple fans and within a week of potting is pushing out growth. This is my first bare roots and my first Ecuagenera. The plant needed a good hour soak in water after which it was indistinguishable from my established Phrags. Very pleasing experience end to end.

while at the show I purchased a third plant when the went on sale late Sunday. the 3rd one was in better than the two pre-ordered. I feel that if you take the time to pre-order, you should receive higher quality.
