Epidendrum difforme

Arrived with all dead roots and very small division. If the plant had 2 or 3 times the size that it has, I believe it would be recuperate. But with only 3 small and dehydrated canes and no roots, or gemae to be seen, I am not enticed to believe it will stick around for long. After complaining to Ecuagenera about this and a possibility of getting another plant as replacement as normal procedure, I was asked to ship this dying weak plant back in order to get a new one... Which I was never expecting taking into account this never happened to other clients of Ecuagenera that I know and speak with. Very bittersweet experience.
