Dendrobium Jacky x Den. Thanaid Stripe

The flower buds on the plants had not opened and were starting to shrivel. The roots were very dry. I asked the rep at the show where I picked up my order if I could exchange it but he did not have another one and did not offer an exchange for another type. I hope it survives.
