Corytoplectus cutucuensis

I received this plant very wet and a lot of dying leafs and stems. I was not happy but I cleaned it up and let it dry out for a day and potted it up and removed all the dying leafs. I noticed it had small protruding leafs on it after I observed it closely a day later and realized this plant was a fighter. So don’t over look this plant, the rating of a 3 was how it was sent, I felt it did not need to be over moisturizer.

The Corytoplectus plant lost all its leaves during shipping. Put I a high humid bag trying to save it. I will see if it survived shipping to the US.

Looked like absolute garbage when I first got it, all the leaves became this horrible smelling red organic paste. I gave it some time, potted it up in some chunky mix, and waited what felt like FOREVER, BUT! These plants are very hardy. Mine is growing back, the leaves are so fuzzy!! If you have time to wait, thus plant is well worth it. The sap stains clothing by the way, learned that the hard way haha.

A nice sized plant and in flower already when it arrived. It showed no signs of stress when it arrived and will hopefully settle in very quickly to my growing conditions.
