Brassavola cucullata

The plant I received was in terrible condition. It was rootless and despite that the plant looked to be in poor health and poorly maintained. When I cleaned up the plant it was rootless and the rhizome split into 3 pieces of 2 pseudobulbs and 3 pseudobulbs, The last one was the rotten newest growth. Ecuagenera was seemingly willing to replace the plant and ship it in my 2nd order placed with them. One day later they emailed me back saying it was too late and that I needed to place a new order for the replacement to be sent. I decided to let it go and hope my second order doesn't have the same problems.
