Pleurothallis aporosis

A bold epiphyte from the Andean cloud forests, producing large, striking flowers on erect stems. All three sepals are lanceolate with pronounced tails and vivid longitudinal stripes on a pale ground — the dorsal curves backward while the free lateral sepals spread downward with recurved tips, framing a contrasting yellow labelo.
