Myrmecophila thomsoniana aurea is an orchid species of the genus Myrmecophila, grown at our nurseries in Ecuador. It grows best in warm conditions.

• Light: Bright, indirect light, out of direct midday sun.
• Temperature: Day temperatures of 25-32 °C (77-90 °F) with cooler nights of 20-24 °C (68-75 °F) suit it best.
• Humidity: Moderate to high humidity (50-70%) with good air circulation helps keep the foliage healthy and prevents fungal problems.
• Watering: Water regularly during active growth, allowing the medium to begin drying between waterings. Reduce slightly during the cooler months.
