A miniature to compact epiphytic species from the cloud forests of South America, prized for its exceptionally floriferous habit. The plant produces clusters of small, waxy flowers directly from the base of the pseudobulbs, with spreading sepals and a distinctly shaped, fleshy lip — often blooming in spectacular mass displays across the entire clump.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–60% shade cloth; avoid direct sun exposure, which can stress the fine foliage.
• Temperature: 58–72°F (14–22°C); an intermediate grower that benefits from moderate temperature stability year-round.
• Humidity: 60–80%; consistent humidity supports vigorous growth and prolific flowering.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to approach dryness between waterings; never allow roots to remain waterlogged.

Additional Notes

This large-sized division is well-established and capable of producing multiple bloom cycles per year. Best grown mounted or in a small basket with fine bark or sphagnum moss to ensure excellent drainage and airflow. Ships bare-root in excellent condition.
