Masdevallia Snow Cone 'Gigi'

Masdevallia Snow Cone 'Gigi' Culture

Masdevallia Snow Cone 'Gigi' is a Masdevallia orchid hybrid grown at our nurseries in Ecuador. Like most of its genus it appreciates intermediate conditions and steady, attentive care.

  • Light: Low to moderate diffused light with good air movement.
  • Temperature: It prefers days of 20-28 °C (68-82 °F) and cooler nights around 15-20 °C (59-68 °F).
  • Humidity: Aim for 60-80% humidity year-round, always paired with good air circulation.
  • Watering: Keep evenly moist at all times; these plants have no pseudobulbs and resent drying out.
