Lepanthes ligiae

A charming miniature species from the cloud forests of South America. It produces successive flowers with three broad, rounded, translucent sepals with visible venation, an erect bilobed labellum with contrasting markings, and a distinctive curved spur.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 60–70% shade cloth; avoid any direct sun exposure, which can damage the delicate foliage.
• Temperature: 50–65°F (10–18°C); a Cool grower that requires stable, cool conditions and consistent air movement.
• Humidity: 80–95%; maintain high humidity at all times — ideal for cool, humid growing environments or enclosed setups.
• Watering: Water frequently to keep the medium evenly moist; never allow the fine roots to dry out completely between waterings.

Additional Notes

Best grown mounted on cork or in a small net pot with fine sphagnum moss. Its compact size makes it well suited for cool terrarium or windowsill culture. Plants are shipped bare root and well-established.
