A robust miniature species from the cloud forests of Ecuador, producing multiple simultaneous inflorescences with densely clustered flowers arranged in a characteristic helical pattern. Each leaf axil generates a succession of blooms with triangular sepals, short tails, and bilobed petals, creating a striking floral display throughout the year.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 50–70% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can scorch the foliage.
• Temperature: 45–65°F (7–18°C); a Cool grower that thrives with cool nights and consistent air movement.
• Humidity: 80–95%; grow in a well-ventilated cool enclosure and mist frequently to prevent desiccation.
• Watering: Keep roots consistently moist but never waterlogged; water daily when mounted, or every 1–2 days in fine sphagnum or bark mix.

Additional Notes

Its compact habit and high humidity requirements make it an excellent candidate for terrarium or Wardian case cultivation with cooling. Best grown in a small net pot with fine sphagnum moss or mounted on cork. Ships bare root, well-established.
