Information

One of the Masdevallia species we grow at Ecuagenera, Masdevallia scitula (Big) does best under intermediate conditions.

Light: Low to moderate diffused light with good air movement.
Temperature: It prefers days of 20-28 °C (68-82 °F) and cooler nights around 15-20 °C (59-68 °F).
Humidity: Aim for 60-80% humidity year-round, always paired with good air circulation.
Watering: Keep evenly moist at all times; these plants have no pseudobulbs and resent drying out.
