Calathea Pink Aurora

Picked up the plants I ordered online at orchidexpo and everything was in really great conditions except the plants I purchased online from ecuagenera that are already dying, some leaves are totally dry, some petioles are already really soft, still waiting for the customer service to respond to my email.
