A remarkably floriferous epiphyte native to the cloud forests of Ecuador, producing masses of simultaneous blooms in a pronounced basal habit — flowers emerge directly among the leaves, blanketing the entire plant. The tightly closed, tubular-campanulate flowers feature bold, corrugated longitudinal ridges and a small downward-pointing tail, creating a dense and spectacular floral display on a compact rosette of fleshy, ovate leaves.
Additional Notes
Best grown in a fine bark or sphagnum moss mix in a small plastic or net pot with excellent drainage. Ships bare root and well-established, with a healthy root system ready to settle into its new home.
