A primary hybrid from the cross of Masd. medinae × Masd. lucernula, Swiss Medicine is a name that playfully bridges both parents — lucernula evoking Lucerne, Switzerland, and medinae carrying botanical and medicinal resonance.

• Light: Grow under 50–70% shade cloth; direct sun causes rapid damage to its fine foliage and must be avoided.
• Temperature: Intermediate-Cool grower. Daytime 57–68°F (14–20°C), nights 46–55°F (8–13°C). Benefits from cool nights; avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 72°F (22°C).
• Humidity: Requires 75–90% relative humidity; its fine root system benefits greatly from a humidifier with steady air movement to prevent desiccation.
• Watering: Keep evenly and consistently moist; best grown mounted or in a small pot with fine bark to allow the roots to dry slightly between waterings, with more frequent misting during warmer months.
