Anthurium gladiifolium

This third delivery attempt delivered a live plant with live roots. So far all of the leaves though damage by the paper they are shipped in to dry them out seem to be holding on. This may change but it takes time to go either way. I have the idea that they may be packaged long before scheduled American shipment giving long periods to dry out? so the order date may determine life or death for them, all packed in dry paper?

I had to wait a little longer for this one as it was not included in my previous shipment. It was worth the wait! I was expecting it to be the size of the A. friedrichsthalii I received last month but is was massive! 7 leaves, longest leaf is 95cm! Leafs are in perfect condition. No damage at all. Good roots, little rot. Now I want another one!

I'm. In. Love. OMG What a gorgeous plant! Arrived in prisitine condition. The longest leaf is just over 2 ft long. One of the most beautiful plants I ve seen. Like another review here , had a smaller root system compared to most other anthuriums I have bought from Ecuagenera, and had a little rot. I am not worried though. I think plants are quite hardy and will survive when given the right conditions without necessarily molly-coddling them. Im positive the roots will grow back out. The people at Ecuagenera are amongst the nicest business ppl I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I feel like I have friends out there at Ecuagenera. :D Israel, Karla, Ronald You guys are awesome. Would love to visit your nursery some day! The plant arrived in perfect health. It was much larger than I thought !
