Dendrobium China Dream 'Crystal'

I bought 2 of these plants as dream crystal. This is what I received. Contacted them for a refund and they gave me a credit for 1 plant. Tried to call. No longer a phone number, tried the on-line chat-no one answers. No idea how to use this credit. I've been doing business with them for a long time but no longer am a happy customer.
