Oncidesa Sweet Sugar 'Golden Shower'

A named clone of the popular intergeneric hybrid, selected for its exceptionally prolific, cascading inflorescences densely packed with small flowers featuring a very wide, rounded, ruffled lip and small, dark-barred sepals and petals. Its spectacular waterfall-like branching habit and simultaneous mass blooming make it one of the most floriferous Oncidesa hybrids in cultivation.

• Light: Bright indirect light with 40–60% shade cloth; tolerates slightly more light than many orchids, which encourages more prolific blooming.
• Temperature: 55–75°F (13–24°C); thrives as an intermediate grower with a moderate nighttime temperature drop to stimulate flowering.
• Humidity: 50–70%; moderate humidity with good air circulation keeps the dense inflorescences healthy and prevents fungal issues.
• Watering: Water thoroughly and allow the mix to approach dryness between waterings; avoid prolonged saturation at the roots.

Additional Notes
