Oncidium Tomales Bay

A bold Oncidium alliance hybrid of Onc. Wells Fargo × Onc. Gorey Castle, bearing large, star-shaped blooms with broad, fully extended sepals and petals covered in bold irregular maculae. The oversized trilobed lip with a prominent dark callo anchors the flower with striking visual weight.

• Light: 50–70% shade cloth; bright indirect light with some morning sun. Adequate light is essential for strong pseudobulb development and blooming.
• Temperature: 58–82°F (14–28°C) — Intermediate grower. A 10–15°F nighttime drop in autumn helps trigger blooming cycles.
• Humidity: 50–70%; good air circulation is essential to prevent rot at the base of pseudobulbs.
• Watering: Water thoroughly, then allow the medium to approach dryness before watering again. Reduce frequency after pseudobulbs mature.

Additional Notes

Best grown in medium bark mix in a plastic or clay pot with excellent drainage. Ships bare root and well-established, with a healthy root system ready to settle into its new home.
