Cyrtochilum parvibrachium

Cyrtochilum parvibrachium is a distinctive Andean orchid with graceful, branching inflorescences and intricately detailed flowers. Its balanced flowering habit creates an airy, architectural display, offering collectors the unmistakable character of a high-elevation Cyrtochilum in an elegant form.

Care Guide

• Light: Provide bright, filtered light. Avoid intense midday sun, which may scorch the foliage.
• Water: Water regularly during active growth, allowing the growing medium to approach dryness between waterings without remaining dry for long.
• Humidity: Maintain moderate to high humidity with strong, consistent air circulation.
• Temperature: Grow in cool to intermediate conditions with cooler nights. Protect the plant from prolonged heat.
• Growing medium: Use an airy, fast-draining orchid mix that retains light moisture while allowing excellent oxygen flow around the roots.

With cool conditions and consistent care, Cyrtochilum parvibrachium develops into a refined specimen whose unusual flowers bring texture and movement to a specialized orchid collection.
