A compact variety of Tillandsia disticha from the cloud forests of South America, forming a dense rosette of very fine, linear-filiform leaves that arch and recurve gracefully. It produces a distichous inflorescence with reddish bracts — a true air plant requiring no substrate to thrive.

• Temperature: 55–80°F (13–27°C); a cool to intermediate grower adaptable to a wide range of conditions with good air movement.
• Humidity: 50–80%; benefits from regular misting or soaking, especially in drier environments.
• Watering: Mist 2–3 times per week or soak for 20–30 minutes weekly; always allow to dry fully before the next watering to prevent rot at the base.
