Care Guide

• Light: Provide bright, filtered light and protect the foliage from strong midday sun.
• Temperature: Grow in intermediate conditions with gentle air movement and stable temperatures.
• Water: Water thoroughly during active growth, keeping the potting medium lightly and evenly moist without becoming waterlogged. Reduce watering slightly when growth slows, but do not allow the plant to remain completely dry.
• Humidity: Maintain moderate to high humidity with consistent airflow around the leaves and roots.
• Potting: Use a loose, well-draining orchid mix that retains some moisture while allowing the roots to breathe.

With filtered light, steady moisture, and a humid growing environment, Coelogyne xyrekes can become a fascinating specimen whose uncommon flowers add depth and botanical intrigue to any orchid collection.
