The fused lateral sepals form a notably narrow, elongated synsepal with dense longitudinal striping, while the dorsal sepal and petals are reduced to slender curved filaments — giving this species a distinctly slender silhouette within the genus.

• Light: Low to medium indirect light with 60–80% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can scorch the soft, single-leaved growths.
• Temperature: 48–68°F (9–20°C); a cool grower that requires stable, mild temperatures and excellent air circulation — avoid heat, which inhibits blooming and stresses the plant.
• Humidity: 70–90%; consistently high humidity is essential to support healthy leaf and root development.
• Watering: Keep the medium evenly moist; never allow to dry out completely, as the plant lacks pseudobulbs for water storage.

Additional Notes
