Wow, this plant arrived in great condition! I had paid for xpress shipping so it arrived looking wonderful. Had three leafs with fourth unfurling. Big roots! It was definitely a great buy.

Died right away
For reference, I’m in Canada and picked this up at a trade show in August 2024. I bought two because I read the reviews and knew it’s a a tough plant to import. Absolutely beautiful leaves, thick stem, and pest and disease free when I got it, took one day for leaves to start going yellow (had one in water and one in pon) one in water did better, one in pon died faster. Eventually both were just the stem so I cut them up and tried with about 6 wet sticks. One survived and currently growing in pon on a pole and working on its 3rd leaf (February 2025), there is one stick in water that has a single root growing but is still not dead but also not sprouted.
Conditions are about 20 degrees Celsius, 40% humidity, infront of grow light in semi hydro (pon)
I never received my order or any response from the seller. Very disappointed.
This plant (which I knew prior) does not ship well. Plant, while appearing very healthy, was super droopy. A week acclimating and it is still droopy. These are dramatic! I have no doubts it will grow on beautifully given proper time.
