I ordered two and received two well grown plants with leads and one had a flower sheath. I ordered about plants total and every one of them was healthy and would order again.

Came in perfect condition, multiple new leads on each plant some even had sheaths started

Plants were shipped to Minnesota in January with inadequate protection from the cold. There was styrofoam lining the cardboard box. However there were no heat packs. I paid extra shipping for two day delivery and they still froze. There is no shipping option to pay for heat packs if desired or I would have asked for them. I thought they would realize where they were being shipped and provide appropriate packaging.
