Very small plant

I was really disappointed in the plant I received. The plant had very small roots, and had already started a small offshoot plantlet on a plant just 4 inches tall. I have grown this species before and the plant is not prone to generating offsets unless it has been stressed. Since this plant can grow to two or 3 feet tall, I was expecting a slightly larger plant. I will have to re-establish the plant before I can consider it to be growing solidly. Additionally, the statement on the website about free delivery is a bit misleading. Apparently it applies to free delivery near the nursery in central Florida, not regarding shipping.

Many of lower leaves turned brownish yellow and fell off. Probably this plant doesn't travel well but healthy canes should help restore the plant
